Making Beef Bone Broth Time!
In a slow cooler, add:
- 4 pounds of beef knuckle plus 1 bone marrow from 100% grass fed cows.
- add celery, onions, carrots
- water to the very top
Let cook under low for 20-24 hours.
Let cool to room
Then put in fridge (up to one week) or freezer (up to a few months).
